Treatments are described as thoroughly as possible, with realistic expectations outlined during consultations. Clients are responsible for understanding the scope of treatments, and dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations will not warrant refunds or additional services.

Services provided at a discount, including model fees or practitioner friend discounts, are strictly non-refundable. These services adhere to the same policies and standards but are offered at reduced rates with no exceptions.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

All forms of payment, including deposits, full payments, and payment plans, count as agreement to this Services Policy, whether or not a physical signature has been provided. By booking and paying for a service, clients accept the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the missed service.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling, with fees applied, or a shortened appointment to accommodate the schedule.

Practitioners reserve the right to decline or discontinue a treatment if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or unsuitable for the client. Practitioners may also modify treatments as needed to prioritize the client’s safety and ensure the best possible outcome.

Photography and Media Consent

Before-and-After Photos:

Clients consent to the use of before-and-after photos for documentation purposes. These photos will not include identifying information unless additional written consent is provided.

Clients may opt out of the use of their photos for promotional purposes by submitting a written request prior to their procedure.

Dispute Resolution and Liability Waiver

Binding Arbitration:

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to services provided by Better Body Experience will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Clients agree to release and hold harmless Better Body Experience, its staff, and affiliates from any claims or demands arising from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Training Policy
Enrollment Terms
1. Commitment: By enrolling in any course with Better Body Experience, you agree to
commit fully to the program, including attending all scheduled sessions and completing
assignments and assessments.
2. Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid for training programs are non-refundable, regardless
of circumstances. This includes cancellations, missed sessions, or failure to complete the
course.
3. Acknowledgment of Terms: By booking through our site or any form of payment, you
automatically accept these terms and conditions, whether or not a physical agreement is
signed.
Code of Conduct
1. Maintain professionalism at all times. Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or
harmful to others will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.
2. Respect toward trainers, peers, and staff is mandatory.
3. Use of mobile phones during training sessions is strictly prohibited unless permitted for
learning purposes.
Attendance Policy
1. Full attendance is mandatory for certification. Missing any part of the course, for any
reason, will result in dismissal without refund or credit for a future session.
2. Make-up sessions, if offered at the trainer’s discretion, will incur additional fees.
Right to Refuse Training
1. Better Body Experience reserves the right to discontinue or refuse training to any student
at any time. This decision may be based on misconduct, failure to follow policies, or any
other valid reason determined by the trainer.
2. No refunds will be issued if training is discontinued or refused.
Program-Specific Requirements
1. Commitment: All course requires complete participation to qualify for certification.
2. Mentor Program: Support is limited to 60 days post-training for follow-up questions.
Beyond this period, additional fees will apply for mentorship or support.
Certification
1. Certification will be awarded only upon successful completion of all modules,
assessments, and full compliance with program policies.
2. A passing grade of 80% on the final assessment is required.
3. Students who fail to meet certification requirements may retake the assessment one time
at the trainer’s discretion.Liability and Waivers
1. Students are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any hands-on
training.
2. Better Body Experience is not liable for injuries sustained during the program. Students
must carry personal health insurance to cover any incidents.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
1. All training materials and proprietary information are the exclusive property of Better
Body Experience and are protected by copyright law.
2. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing training materials is prohibited and will result in
immediate removal from the program and legal action.
3. Students must sign an NDA before starting the program.
Disclaimers
1. Better Body Experience reserves the right to update policies at any time. Changes will be
communicated to students in advance.
2. Enrolling in any program constitutes agreement with all stated terms and conditions.
